Hi, I'm Emma Nelson. Registered dietitian, personal trainer, and your biggest advocate through every season of life.

I know what it feels like to have a complicated relationship with food and your body. That personal experience, combined with my training as a registered dietitian and personal trainer, shapes everything I do with my clients.

I specialize in working with women who are navigating hormonal changes including perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, and life after birth control, and who want to look and feel their best without giving up the lifestyle they've worked hard to build. I'm not here to hand you a list of rules. I'm here to help you finally understand your body so you can feel confident, energized, and in control again.

The Format: High-touch, personalized nutrition coaching designed for the woman who wants expert guidance, real accountability, and results that actually last.

The Details: Together we'll build a nutrition strategy around your hormones, your metabolism, and your lifestyle. You'll learn exactly what your body needs right now, identify what's been getting in the way, and create sustainable habits that feel good to live with.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. It's a concierge experience designed specifically for women navigating hormonal changes who want to feel confident, strong, and like themselves again.

All sessions are held virtually so you can work with me from wherever life takes you.

Functional Lab
Testing

The Details: Lab offerings include a complete metabolic panel, lipid panel, hormone tests, Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus (GI-MAP), nutrigenomic testing, in addition to nutrient and vitamin deficiency tests. 30-minute results review consultation included with testing. Recommended in conjunction with the concierge nutrition program.


The Body-Led Nutrition Method Online Course

The Format: A 12-Module System to Rebuild Trust with Your Body & End Dieting for Good

The Details: This course helps you break free from diet culture, rebuild trust with your body, and create a balanced, sustainable approach to health. Through 12 modules with videos, journal prompts, and actionable tools, you'll learn about intuitive eating, gut health, emotional well-being, and body image. You’ll also join a private, supportive community for guidance, encouragement, and real connection throughout the journey.

STEP 2: DISCOVERY CALL

Your next step is a free discovery call. In this call, you’ll uncover your biggest nutrition challenges, receive a personalized roadmap, and explore strategies to reach your goals. If it’s a good fit, you’ll get an exclusive invitation to join my 1:1 program and start transforming your health.

Lastly, we will curate a game plan on how to proceed based on your goals, recommended frequency of visits, duration of relationship, additional help or resources (e.g., functional lab testing, meal planning) that may be required, etc. 

From here, your journey begins to becoming the healthiest version of you.

  • Every woman's journey is different, and there's no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some clients reach their goals in a few months, while others choose to continue for a year or more as they navigate ongoing hormonal changes. The goal is never to keep you dependent on me forever. Think of it like having a trusted expert in your corner until you've got the tools, knowledge, and confidence to move forward on your own. Many clients do come back for periodic check-ins as life and hormones continue to shift, and that door's always open.I will add, however, that our goal for each client is to eventually “graduate” them from my services. Similar to therapy, which you might return to for maintenance check-ins, the goal is not to be going regularly forever. Instead, the goal is to make steady progress over time to eventually turn you back loose in the world with new tools and skills, changed and stronger than before.

  • Yes, and I want to be honest about how I approach it. Body composition changes driven by hormones are real, and I take your goals seriously. I also know that the belly fat, the sluggishness, and the feeling that nothing's working anymore are usually symptoms of deeper hormonal and metabolic shifts. So while we absolutely work toward your body composition goals, we do it by addressing what's actually driving them. That means real, lasting results rather than another cycle of restriction and frustration.

  • Sessions are held virtually and are fully tailored to where you are in your journey. Most sessions are conversation-based as we dig into what's working, what's not, and what to adjust. Sometimes we go deep on education around hormones, metabolism, or nutrition strategy. Other times we'll review your food journal or talk through how to navigate a trip, a dinner out, or a season of life that's thrown things off. Every session's different because you're not a template.

  • Yes. The concierge nutrition program includes 24/7 messaging access via text and voice note. Think of it as having a registered dietitian in your pocket, ready when a question comes up at the grocery store, at a restaurant, or whenever life gets complicated.

  • Payments are processed securely through our health portal. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment plans are available because we never want finances to be the reason you don't invest in your health.

  • In order to provide the concierge-level, highly personalized experience my clients deserve, I don't accept insurance. However, I offer flexible payment options and I'm happy to work with you to find a plan that fits. Your health is worth the investment, and I never want cost to be the thing standing in the way.

  • Yes, you can typically use these cards to pay for sessions.

  • Yes, depending on the age and needs of the child. Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page and we'll figure out together if it's the right fit.

  • Yes. Nutrition changes often affect the whole household, and working together can make the process so much easier. Couples rates may differ slightly since each person has their own unique needs and goals. Reach out and we'll talk through what that would look like for you.

  • Yes. I work with clients virtually across the United States. I'm licensed in several states and review eligibility on a case-by-case basis, so reach out and we'll figure out if we can work together no matter where you're located.
